01 — PDF Extraction Pipeline
Jupiter developed automated extraction pipelines for multiple document categories, including Financial documents, Bookkeeping records, Bank reconciliation information, Sterilization & IPAC documentation, and Feedback documents.
Result: Reduced manual document processing and created a more consistent flow of information into the client's operational systems.
02 — Hygiene Clinic-Notes Extraction Agent
A specialized AI extraction agent was implemented to process hygiene clinic notes and identify relevant clinical information, including Vitals, Blood pressure, Periodontal information, and IOS scan information.
Result: This significantly reduced the need for repetitive manual extraction and helped standardize information captured from clinical documentation.
03 — Excel & Google Sheets Synchronization
Jupiter integrated Excel/Google Sheets workflows to support operational processes such as Inventory Management and Reminders & Compliance. This created a more connected workflow instead of relying on isolated spreadsheets.
04 — Live Business Intelligence Dashboard
Jupiter connected all 9 platform modules to live operational data and created a centralized dashboard. Key capabilities included live module data, centralized reporting, operational visibility, KPI monitoring, cross-module information, and data-driven decision support.
05 — Full Deployment & Implementation
Jupiter managed the end-to-end deployment of the solution, covering both the frontend and backend environments, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer, and client handover.
